After putting on a few extra winter pounds you probably need some sort of fast weight loss remedy that will make you look good in time for summer. It's easy to fall prey to the holiday foods as a comfort item during the bleak months of winter but as summer approaches, changing up your eating habits and exercise routine is a necessity if you want to look good in last year's bikini. Tip 1: Changing Your Diet

Once you've committed yourself to this fast weight loss plan you should be ready to make changes to your diet. Your diet happens to be one of the most important changes you can make because it's the foods you put in your body that can help you either lose weight or gain it. The fatty oily foods are what cause extra pounds to be added to your body while lean proteins, good carbohydrates and fiber will help build muscles which helps in burning fat.

Tip 2: Eating Breakfast
